Certification roadmap
OSERP Academy is being structured so its learning material can support future assessment. No international accreditation, external recognition, or accredited qualification is claimed in this edition.
Proposed progression
| Stage | Educational purpose | Prerequisites for launch |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation completion | Demonstrate basic operating understanding | Reviewed lessons and completion criteria |
| Role proficiency | Perform finance, retail, inventory, or administration tasks | Versioned practical assessment and assessor rubric |
| Implementation proficiency | Configure and validate business workflows | Audited scenarios, supervised assessment, and change-control knowledge |
| External recognition | Align learning/assessment with an identified partner's requirements | Formal agreement, required review, and approved claims |
These are proposed levels, not currently available credentials.
Content prepared for assessment
Lessons use stable identifiers, learning outcomes, prerequisites, exercises, and evidence expectations. Product versions must accompany practical assessments so that changed behavior does not invalidate an unexplained marking scheme.
Future learner accounts, progress tracking, question banks, examination attempts, identity checks, certificate IDs, public verification, expiration/renewal rules, and appeals should be implemented as a separate assessed-learning service. The public manual can remain accessible without requiring learner registration.
International expansion
Choose the intended countries, professional audiences, and recognition partners before claiming a particular pathway. Translate and review material in the relevant languages, validate local examples with qualified reviewers, and maintain separate product-operation facts and jurisdiction-specific teaching.
No badge, course title, or downloadable document should imply accreditation before the required recognition has actually been secured.
