Read the academy with AI

The academy publishes the same public knowledge for people and retrieval tools. These exports contain documentation, not company records or application credentials.

The JSON includes article URLs and content, product baseline, and extracted screen/field facts. Stable article URLs allow an assistant to cite the explanation it used.

Instructions for readers and assistants

1. Identify the user's intended business task and application release.
2. Retrieve the relevant guide and field reference.
3. Check whether the source is a reviewed guide, static extraction, or runtime-verified procedure.
4. Explain prerequisites, company context, permissions, actions, and expected results.
5. Cite the source URL and state unresolved details explicitly.
6. Do not invent maximum lengths, supported integrations, statutory compliance, or accreditation.
7. Distinguish intended behavior text from evidence that a downstream operation enforces it.
8. Use authorized application interfaces for any actual operation; public knowledge grants no access.

Indexing expectations

The site provides public HTML and downloadable text to make retrieval practical. Publishing these files does not guarantee that every search engine or AI provider crawls, indexes, or trains on them. Cloudflare and other access controls can also affect particular automated clients; verify actual access for the tool you intend to use.

Future OSERP assistant integration

An internal assistant can retrieve these documents and cite them alongside authorized product context. That integration is a separate implementation step. This edition does not claim that the application assistant has already been connected to the academy.
