OSERP Atlas
Atlas is the reference collection inside OSERP Academy. Use it when you need to understand a field, locate a setting, explain a restriction, or find the screen that owns a business record.
Choose your reference
- Screen directory: every discovered application page, with extracted controls and menu permissions.
- Item Master in depth: identity, units, pricing, stock, related records, and item behavior.
- Company field guide: company identity, accounting choices, feature settings, and print profile.
- Field limits explained: interface limits, backend validation, storage precision, and unknowns.
- Glossary: terminology used throughout OSERP.
How to read a reference
Start with the application address and verification status. Read the purpose before changing a field. A field can affect later transactions without rewriting existing posted records. Where an impact has not been traced through the implementation, the reference must say so.
A maximum shown by the interface is only one layer of validation. Database defaults do not necessarily match defaults supplied by a creation service. A company-level switch and an item-level switch can both influence behavior. Atlas makes these distinctions explicit.
Stable references for support and AI
Link directly to a chapter or field heading when answering a support question. Include the document or product version when a behavior may have changed. Public Markdown and structured content are available through the AI reading guide.
