Help text and messages
The following wording is embedded in this screen. It describes interface guidance, rather than independently verified system guarantees.
- One label per pack, carrying the printed price and a barcode that names the batch — scanning it at the till sells at that lot's price with no MRP to choose.
- Copy these lines into a new purchase request (back-to-back procurement)
- How the prices on this document are typed. The figures you see stay as they are; what the ledger stores moves. Fixed once the document posts or a line is carried forward.
- Cost lands on the element, not the project. Only tasks at the bottom of a branch are listed — a summary would be counted twice on roll-up.
- Type what the supplier’s bill actually totals
